Chaos Technical Training sessions are 60 minute classes split into three stations. The performance station will include flexibility, proper use of force, explosive power, and endurance. The technical station will include technical qualities related to the game such as: first touch, dribbling, passing, and receiving with both feet. The finishing station will cover finishing with various surface of both feet, and final third play.
